Thank you for shopping with Allrent. This Shipping Policy outlines how we process and deliver your orders.

Order Processing

All Allrent products are manufactured in-house using professional 3D printing technology. As a result, each order is produced to order. Processing time is typically 3–21 business days from the date of purchase, depending on order volume and product complexity as well as the destination country.

You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the following regions:

Hungary: domestic orders
European Union: all EU member states
Worldwide: selected countries outside the EU (contact us before ordering to confirm availability)

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimated from the date of dispatch and may vary depending on destination and carrier conditions:

Hungary: 1–3 business days
European Union: 3–7 business days
International (outside EU): 7–21 business days

Please note that these are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs clearance, carrier capacity, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight of your order. Free shipping may be available for orders above a certain value — please check the checkout page for current promotions.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

For orders shipped outside the European Union, the recipient is responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. Allrent is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this number to monitor the progress of your delivery through the carrier's website.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at info@allrent.eu within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
